This page allows you to retrieve your Synology file server credentials and guides you through the process of connecting it as a network drive to your computer.
The Synology NAS (Network Attached Storage) is our central, secure storage cabinet. It is a powerful file server located on our premises, designed to store large volumes of data quickly and reliably.
- Its strengths : Very large storage capacity, extremely fast file transfers on the local network, ideal for archives and media files.
- Its purpose : To serve as a central repository for data that does not require real-time collaboration or is too large for SharePoint.
Files to store on the Synology NAS:
- High-resolution photos and videos
- Software installers and programs (.exe, .msi, packages)
- Log files and raw data exports
- Project archives (.zip, .rar)
- Virtual machine images and backups

1. Get Your Personal Configuration
To begin, please authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access your login details.
🔐 Important: Your login details are personal and unique. Never share it.
2. How to access the NAS
- Go to the page: https://data.euris-semiconductor.com.
- Enter the above credentials
- There are two separate areas:
- 🏠 “Home” folder (Private) This is your personal space. Only you can see what’s in it. Use it for your drafts and personal work documents.
- 🌐 Shared folders (Public/Team) These are the named folders (e.g., Data_Service, Data_Sales). Everything stored here is visible to the team. This is the mandatory place to exchange data or archive joint projects.
- Simple steps
- Send a file: Simply drag it from your PC to the browser window.
- Retrieve a file: Right-click on it > Download.
- Security: Remember to log out (icon in the top right corner) when you’re done.
